Managing Partner, President & Director of Relational Planning
Gary decided to become a financial advisor nearly 20 years ago out of passion for investing and desire to help people live exceptional lives. He feels privileged to serve our clients and work with them towards achieving all they want to in life, in their careers and in their businesses. Gary is proud of the firm we have created because he knows the integrity of each of team members is core to their success, as everyone on the team understands who the most important people are in our business, our clients.
Gary received his B.A. in Personal Finance from the University of Missouri – Columbia and an M.B.A. from Washington University. Gary is also involved with two projects that he is deeply passionate about; The People Centric Project and The Warrior Transition Network. He also knows that the most valuable “assets” in his life are his family.
Dan Kraus, CFA, CPA
Managing Partner, Director of Investments
Dan believes money and investments are only important if it helps individuals and families live their best possible lives and achieve their goals. That’s why he believes goal oriented investing and financial planning, the intersection of life and money, is the only way to truly succeed. Money and investments serve us best when they support and facilitate family relationships, personal well-being, health, purpose and legacy.
Dan applies his training and experience to help clients live their best possible lives and achieve their goals. Dan holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. He received a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an M.B.A. from the University of Missouri-St. Louis. Dan brings institutional investment experience to our clients. Prior to joining the team, he was the Assistant Treasurer and primary investment officer of Anheuser-Busch. In addition to mergers and acquisitions and global cash management, Dan managed the retirement plans and charitable foundation with investments
Kim Rubenstein, CFP ®

Kim joined the team in 2005 after years of working in other various finance focused areas of business including working in Securities Research and Investment Banking. Upon joining the team, she quickly realized her role would be providing comprehensive financial planning for our clients as her passion for helping people could be
Kim is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER TM (CFP) professional and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor SM (CRPC). She graduated from Saint Louis University with a B.S. in Business, with an emphasis in Finance and International Business. Kim lives with her husband, Jeremy and their son, Nicholas, in Wildwood. She supports many local organizations including providing financial education to women as a guest speaker at The University of Missouri Extension and serving as The Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Gateway to Hope, a breast cancer lifeline in MO & IL. She is also involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters as she was a Big Sister since 2011, with her Little Sister recently graduating from High School.
Director of Client Services
Kim’s focus is to provide exemplary service to all clients, as well as to the rest of our team. She graduated from the University of Missouri – St. Louis in 2004 with a B.A. in Communication. Shortly after, she began her career working for A.G. Edwards as an Operations Specialist in the branch operations department. While in that position, she learned the basics of the industry, the inner-workings of the operational aspects, and earned her Series 7/General Securities registration. After five years, she changed roles to join our team, earned a Distinguished Service Professional award based on her service and professionalism, and is continuing to expand upon her industry knowledge.
