Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body

Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging. This program offers science-based recommendations about taking care of our brains and bodies.

This informative session is a collaboration with the Alzheimer's Association and will be presented by Dr. Monique Williams, Senior Medical Director of Oak Street Health.

Williams has held many positions, including assistant professor of medicine and psychiatry at Washington University; interim chief of the division of geriatrics and palliative medicine, plus the director of geriatric education and outreach at the Garrison Institute on Aging at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center; and medical director for VITAS Healthcare-St. Louis, a hospice.
